It could work like this: an individual or group makes an offer for a number of people on a specific date - or multiple dates, as the case may be.
Eg: "Barbecue on July 8th at 6 p.m. for max. 8 people, min. 5 people, potluck style" - or something like that....
If there are any costs, you will arrange that yourself with the group. However, that should be known in advance.
If minors can participate, the written consent of a parent or guardian must be obtained - or the participation of parents is needed.
