Summer Academy 2024: Leather Workshop

The plan is: we use vegetable tanned natural colored leather, which you can dye dark brown or black if you want.

I cut out the pieces in advance with a laser. Your job is then to sew and work on the edges.

Pastor Lars leads the workshop.

You don't need any previous knowledge, the steps are easy to learn and the exchange will be completed in one appointment.

The costs arise from the material: leather has unfortunately become quite expensive - I am aiming for the cost price here, we ask for a corresponding donation.

We have set up a tiered price. We believe that USD 30 will cover costs. But since the community aspect is more important than money, you are welcome to participate at a reduced price!

The minimum number of participants is three people. The minimum age is 12 years - we will deal with the question of supervision of children separately. Anyone who is interested can take part. Tourists? You are welcome!

Registration closes on July 27th at 6:00 p.m.

The costs are to be paid when registering. If we have to cancel the event, you will be easily refunded or credited for a new date - whichever you prefer.

If you are interested but cannot make it to the event, please send me a message. In our community, finding a date is sometimes a reason to postpone an event.
