The renovation of the 24 tower windows will

total cost USD 225,000.

 

Since the towers have different numbers of windows, the costs are split 1/3 to 2/3.

This corresponds to USD 75,000 for the West Tower and USD 150,000 for the East Tower.

In our view, a three-year split would be very appropriate, i.e. 3 x 25,000 or 3 x 50,000
